Privacy
We collect your email, shop name, the product links you send us and the videos we make for you. We use them only to deliver your videos, run your account and, if you opt in, send occasional tips. We never sell your data. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time.
Terms
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, the product photos you send.
- You own the videos we deliver and can use them anywhere, including paid ads.
- Credits are used when a video is submitted. Monthly credits refresh each billing period; Pro credits roll over for one month.
- Free plan exports carry a small ReelStall watermark. Paid plans export without it.
- Founding price: the first 100 customers to start a paid plan keep that plan's price for life while they stay continuously subscribed. If you cancel and later return, current prices apply. Changing plan locks the founding price of the new plan, if you joined as a founding member.
- You can cancel any time from your account. You keep your videos and remaining credits.
